Executive Function and ADHD Coach - Dr. Zoe Ye
Cambridge, UK
In a world that is ever-changing and full of uncertainty, it can feel as though we're constantly stuck. I support people at all stages of life and career in finding clarity, flow, and a sense of purpose through coaching. I work with leaders juggling meetings and decisions, professionals growing in their careers, creatives and entrepreneurs reigniting their passion and rhythm, academics balancing research and life, students exploring learning paths that feel right for them, and parents reconnecting with self-care.
Many people who come to me are exploring questions such as:
If you have been trying to fit into systems that were not built for you, or if you are achieving on the outside but feeling empty on the inside, I see you.
I would love to support you in designing something different: a life that actually fits.
This is what I've learned from my own journey and from walking alongside many others as a coach:
Real change does not come from looking perfect to the outside world while feeling unsettled inside. It begins with knowing yourself, understanding what matters most, and building a life that feels truly authentic.
Zoe helped me see a belief I didn't even realise was holding me back. Once I saw it, things started to shift.
I'd never tried coaching before I met Zoe, and I was really impressed by how she helped me find solutions to my problems - without giving me any suggestions! It felt so natural and smooth, almost like I already knew what I was going to do before the session even started.
I constantly felt the need to work non-stop and pursue everything that might lead to a permanent position. After several sessions with Zoe, I realised that much of my working habits stemmed from a lack of structured approaches to managing my numerous work streams. Without proper organisation, I repeatedly found myself in a state of chaos. Working with Zoe, I was able to identify and experiment with structures that genuinely work for me across research, teaching, applications, supervision, and everything else I juggle.
I really trust Zoe. She's authentic, kind, and empathetic. Honestly, sometimes it feels like she can put into words what I'm feeling even better than I can, which makes it so much easier to think things through.
Zoe really helped me get why I do things the way I do. Our sessions made me stop and actually think about my feelings, actions, and choices. I've learned to give myself time to reflect and just be mindful. I've started to accept my ADHD and be kinder to myself, taking life a bit more easy and relaxed.
Zoe is very helpful and provides an unbiased perspective on the issues I bring up. She helps me see things from new angles and think in different ways. I feel that I can genuinely trust her and open up during our sessions, and I can really feel that I'm making progress.
