Does any of this sound familiar?

Adult students

  • You’re having trouble getting your day organised to chase after what you really want, especially when it comes to handling your time and work load.
  • Everyday chores become a real struggle once you’re living on your own.
  • You try to keep up with lectures, but your focus keeps slipping away, and before you know it, you’re totally lost.
  • You’ve always been waiting for the perfect moment to start working on your project.
  • You’re aware of your strengths, but they don’t seem to be helping you navigate college life successfully.
  • You want to hang out and have fun, but by the end of the day, exhaustion often leads to awkward behavior.
  • You’re putting in the effort, but it feels like you’re always on the outside looking in compared to your peers.

Young working professionals

  • You battle self-doubt constantly, with abilities questioned and feelings of inadequacy looming.
  • You struggle to articulate yourself, leaving your hard work unacknowledged despite your dedication.
  • You need more time than others to initiate tasks, straining relationships with colleagues and seniors and creating tension.
  • Your strengths remain underutilised in your current job, overshadowed by tasks you neither enjoy nor excel at.
  • You find the accumulation of work tasks overwhelms you, making prioritization a challenge.
  • You experience difficulty with emotion regulation, with minor stressors triggering irritation and frustration.
  • You often feel restless, hindering relaxation even during leisure time.

I am here for you. Just reach out.

Hi, I am Zoe.

  • Few things hit harder than recognising your potential for greatness, only to hit roadblocks in bringing it to life. Despite giving your all to your goals, battling procrastination and self-doubt can knock you off track, leaving you feeling low and diving into dark places like depression and anxiety. I’ve been there myself, alongside countless others struggling with similar setbacks.
  • I am a lucky ADHDer who has a Ph.D. in Astrophysics, but let me tell you, my Ph.D. years were rough. None of my past study tricks worked in this crazy, unstructured journey full of uncertainties. I didn’t even know I had ADHD back then! Yet I figured out my own patterns and came up with new ways to handle all the chaos. But hey, it’s not easy! That whole experience fired me up to help others facing similar struggles. That’s why I’ve trained to become a professional coach – to be here to help you through it all!
  • Right now, I’m a mentor for students with disabilities at the ADRC (Accessibility & Disability Resource Centre) at the University of Cambridge, alongside my research job at the same place. Over the last five years, I’ve been helping students from top universities in the UK, Netherlands, China, and Australia grow. I’ve been all about showing them how to spot their strengths, set personal goals, and improve their executive functions to unlock their full potential. As I’ve moved forward in my career, I’ve been guiding young professionals through all those job worries, showing them how to make the most of what they’re good at and plot their way up.
  • If you’re facing tough times like I did, don’t hesitate to reach out – I’m here to help you achieve your full potential.
