Step 1: Free Initial Consultation
Start with a free consultation via Calendly using the button below:
Book Free ConsultationDuring this call, I will:
- Outline confidentiality, the boundaries of my coaching, and potential referrals if required
- Gather basic information about you
- Ask structured questions to understand the topic you’d like to focus on
- Explain my coaching approach and the services I offer
- Discuss how coaching could support you
- Answer any questions you have
Next steps: If we both feel coaching could be helpful, you will be placed on my coachee waiting list. Before our first session, I will send you a coaching agreement via email, which must be signed before the session can take place.
Step 2: First Session
Once a space becomes available, I will schedule your first session via email. In this session, we will:
- Explore your current challenges in more depth
- Agree on practical arrangements (session frequency, duration, focus, and initial timeframe)
- Create a personalised plan that works for you, either by setting a focus or following your natural flow
- Dive into coaching – begin the work together and experience the coaching process firsthand
The first session is part of the package you’ll choose. After we complete it, you’ll pick a coaching package (view packages and pricing), receive an invoice, and arrange payment before continuing with ongoing coaching.
Step 3: Ongoing Coaching
After the first session, coaching continues in structured blocks:
- I usually recommend weekly sessions for the first three months to help you build momentum and establish strong habits.
- After three months, some clients move to two sessions per month, continuing progress with less frequent sessions.
- Over 6–12 months, most clients gradually reduce session frequency to support their growing independence. The pace will be tailored based on your goals, experience, and progress.
Structure of ongoing sessions
- Sessions are usually scheduled at the same time each week for consistency
- Coaching takes place online; please ensure you have a private, uninterrupted space
- You may bring reflections or exercises from your week into the session, and take insights, decisions, and awareness from the session into your daily life. Coaching always works in combination with your life.
- Referral note: At any point, if I feel you may need medical support or would benefit from seeing another professional, I will make a referral. This may happen at any stage in the coaching journey.
